Cartagena spends €40,000 on renovating the surroundings of the Torre Ciega funerary monument

Cartagena City Council invested over €40,000 to restore and enhance the Torreciega funerary monument, as part of a wider plan allocating more than €110,000 to neighbourhood improvements.
