Man Found Dead in Cabo de Palos Square Under Investigation

Early Tuesday morning, a man was discovered deceased in a square near Medusa Praya street in Cabo de Palos, Cartagena. The incident was reported to the Murcia Region Emergency Coordination Centre (112) by a passerby who found the man unconscious on the ground.
The call came in around 7:00 am, prompting a rapid response from the 061 Emergency Medical Service. Upon arrival, healthcare professionals confirmed the man's death and requested assistance from Cartagena Local Police and the Civil Guard.
Ongoing Investigation
The Civil Guard has launched an investigation to determine the cause of death. While various possibilities are still being considered, initial assessments suggest the death may have been due to natural causes.
Authorities have not revealed the man's identity nor found signs of violence. Efforts continue to fully clarify the circumstances surrounding this incident.
